The energy system carbon reduction is an inevitable trend to deal with the global warming problem. power industry, being a vital part of system, faces severe challenges. To decarbonize sectors, implementation low-carbon technologies and integration high penetrated renewable generation would be effective solution. Therefore, given existence multi-type including flexibility reformation coal-fired units, construction gas-fired units installation storage systems, economic planning model integrated electricity-gas systems penetration wind proposed. tax capture technology are accelerate reductions. In particular, strategic cases contributed by different scenarios formulated. simulation results on test demonstrate feasibility effectiveness proposed in as well curtailment decrease. Compared initial state, implementations three strategies can reduce emissions 9.8%, 32.5% 9.3%, respectively. Meanwhile, ratio decreased 63.2%, 38.9%, 63.7%, Moreover, sensitivity analysis price level performed investigate transition systems.
